I have been at Ridgedale as the Minister of Missions since April 2014. I received a degree in Pastoral Studies from Baptist Theological Institute in Bucharest, Romania and also graduated from Temple Baptist Seminary in Chattanooga, TN in addition to holding an Organizational HR Management Master from Romania. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate degree in Theology.
Before coming to Ridgedale, I served churches in Romania, Nashville TN, Atlanta GA, and Chattanooga, TN. I have also served in camp ministry, prison ministry, youth ministry, young couples ministry and have taken missions’ trips to Ukraine, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, and Turkey.
I met my beautiful wife Corina in Romania and we were married in 2003. We have been blessed with three beautiful, loving, and energetic daughters – Alissa, Ashlee and Juliana.
My calling and salvation experience begins at the age of 15 when I was challenged by the radical change I saw in my sister after she trusted Jesus with her life. Two years later after intense Bible reading, prayer and discussions with my father about God, about Jesus’ death for me and about the purpose of life, I trusted my life to Jesus Christ. His sacrifice for me is what I want to share with everyone.
I was born and raised in Arad, Romania and I am a big soccer fan. I love to watch, play, and coach soccer. I also enjoy watching almost any kind of sport. I have lived in the U.S. for over 13 years and my time here has allowed me to grow to love American football. However, it will probably take another 10 years until I am able to watch a baseball game from beginning to end!
