It has been my privilege to serve at Ridgedale since 2014. Prior to God leading me here, I served in churches in North Carolina and Mississippi. I graduated from William Carey University in 2010 before obtaining my Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. I am beyond blessed and humbled to serve in such a wonderful community and excited to see how God works among us in reaching families within Chattanooga and around the world.
I surrendered my life to Christ at a very early age. Having been raised in a Christian home, I was continuously surrounded with the gospel message. Yet, I did not understand its true meaning or my need for salvation. At the age of seven I heard again the message of salvation, of my need for Christ’s forgiveness for my sin and for true repentance and faith. Throughout my walk with the Lord He continually demonstrates His faithfulness and kindness in my life.
At the age of sixteen, I answered God’s call to spend my life ministering to children and families. From before the time I could drive I have been burdened for the lost, leading backyard bible clubs in impoverished areas, volunteering with different mission organizations, and actively serving in the local church. I am impassioned to teach children of God’s love and the foundational truths of Scripture. My heart’s desire is to live missionally as a disciple-maker for the Kingdom, to share the gospel and equip families with the foundational truths of God’s Word, and to encourage them to share their faith with their community. In my spare time I enjoy running, reading, and cheering for Ole Miss football.
