Camp Ridgedale 2015

We are changing our registration procedure for 2015!!!
Please read the following to be familiar with what dates apply to you.
For Returning Campers:
Camp Ridgedale 2015 is just around the corner, and we have started planning our exciting summer!  Our camp will include campers who are entering first-sixth grades in the fall of 2015 (Exception: 7th graders are accepted when younger siblings are enrolled or if they have attended Camp Ridgedale previously.)  Camp dates will be June 1st – August 5th.  The weeks of June 29th – July 1st and August 3rd – 5th will be 3 day mini-weeks and will be priced differently. Returning camper packets will be online Friday, February 27th.  Completed registration forms and fees will be accepted in person, by mail, or email the first 2 weeks of March for returning camper/Community Kids priority registration!  We will have our annual registration day at the Meadows house on Saturday, February 28th from 11:00am-2:00pm.  We will have a notary on-site to notarize your medical release form.
For New Campers:
If you, or someone you know is interested in registering for our camp, please ask them to call the church office and we will send the information to them, or they can get the new camper packet online on Monday, March 16th.  New campers will not be accepted until March 16th.  We will be having a new camper registration day on Saturday, March 21st from 11:00am-2:00pm.

 

The cost of Camp Ridgedale 2015 will be based on how you choose to make payments.

$50 Registration Fee – due at Registration

One Payment: $100 per week – due on June 1st

**Mini-Weeks – One Payment: $60 per week

Two Payments: $110 per week – due on June 1st (for June) and July 6th (for July)

** Mini-Weeks – Two Payments: $70 per week

Weekly Payments: $120 per week – due every Monday

**Mini-Weeks – Weekly Payments: $80 per week

If you have more than one child attending our camp, there will be a $10 discount for the second child and a $20 discount for the third child per week.

We accept debit/credit card payments online, in person, or by phone.
Please understand that there will be an additional charge of $5 per Registration Fee and per week when using a debit/credit card.
