My name is Michelle Bailey. I am married to Michael, and we have two children: Zack and Katie. I am originally from South Carolina, where my journey in child care began. When Katie was two years old, I started helping at Dillon Christian Preschool in Dillon, South Carolina.
I have now been working in child care for 27 years. Since 2007, I have been blessed to work at Ridgedale Child Development Center. I genuinely love my job, as it allows me to serve the Lord while helping children grow and thrive.
