Connecting the Dots | Teacher: Jay Baumgardner | Wednesdays, 6:00 – 7:30 pm | Ridgedale Room | FREE

*Starts on February 17th.

This study is intended to help men with foundational truths as they lead their families. If men can understand their salvation, their faith walk is a marathon not a sprint, and look for opportunities to share their calling they can have a greater impact for the Kingdom. When Jesus comes back or if we die before, may we receive the words of well done my faithful servant. You can join at any point but it is really encouraged to join on the first class.

REACH | Kindergarten – 5th grade | Children’s Entrance – Children’s Hall/Worship

REACH | Birth – PreK | Children’s Entrance – Preschool Hall

Kids go deeper in discipleship through REACH (Ready and Equipped to Act on God’s Word in the Church and Home). Each week, children ages 2-K dive deeper into the Gospel Project lesson for the week. They rotate between Music and Worship, a Bible Verse and activity, the Bible Story, and our Missions Moment. Our older children, grades 1-5, discuss a lesson from the current sermon Series, FOLLOW ME, to further understand the gospel. They rotate between their Bible lesson, Bible Basic Training, and Music.

Student Worship Service (House Night) | Leader: Chris Frakes | Wednesdays, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. | GYM

All students, 6th-12th grade, can attend the midweek student worship service.

House Night is a time for students grades 6-12 to come together for a time of fellowship, community, and worship as the family of God. Gather in the gym or Living Room (across from the gym) for some hang out time before we dive into worship through song and the Word at 6:15p. We’ll wrap up the nights with a quick time in small groups to discuss the lesson and then break the night in with a challenge. Stick around after for some basketball, soccer, or just hanging out.

Onward | Teacher: Alan Denton | Wednesdays, 6:00 – 7:30 pm | College Room #213 | FREE

*Will also be on Zoom.

Join us for a book study on “Onward: Engaging the Culture without Losing the Gospel.” As the culture changes all around us, it is no longer possible to pretend that we are a Moral Majority. That may be bad news for America, but it can be good news for the church. What’s needed now, in shifting times, is neither a doubling-down on the status quo nor a pullback into isolation. Instead, we need a church that speaks to social and political issues with a bigger vision in mind: that of the gospel of Jesus Christ. As Christianity seems increasingly strange, and even subversive, to our culture, we have the opportunity to reclaim the freakishness of the gospel, which is what gives it its power in the first place.   All college students are invited to join in this 6 week study, but feel free to join anytime!   You can purchase the book HERE but it is not necessary to attend the class.
