Bailey Biddle

Young Adults Pastor

My name is Bailey Biddle, and I have been blessed to call Ridgedale Baptist Church home since my first week of college in 2018. It is a joy and privilege to now serve on the staff of the church that has invested so much in my life. I officially joined the Ridgedale staff in July 2026.

My passion in ministry is helping people understand God’s incredible love for them and come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. I desire to build genuine relationships by shepherding others, walking alongside them, and encouraging them as they grow in their faith. I especially love serving and investing in our Young Adults ministry!

I have been married to my wife, Rebekah, since 2024, and she is truly one of a kind. We love opening our home, serving others, and doing ministry together. We met while attending the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga through the UTC Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM). My college years were incredibly formative. It was during that time that the Lord deepened my faith, gave me a greater understanding of His Word, and called me into ministry. Although I was saved and baptized at the age of eight, it was in college that God confirmed His calling on my life. I am so thankful that I get to serve Jesus and spend my life doing what I love.

I am originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee. I attended Mount Juliet Christian Academy near Nashville, where I graduated in 2018. After high school, I attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earning my bachelor’s degree in 2021. I later completed my Master of Divinity in Christian Ministry at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, graduating in 2026. Before joining the staff at Ridgedale, I served for a year and a half as a campus missionary with the UTC BCM and then spent four years with the Hamilton County Baptist Association as the Assistant to the Director of Missions. Looking back, I can clearly see how God faithfully prepared both Rebekah and me for this season of ministry. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve at Ridgedale and invest in the lives of our young adults.

On a personal note, I love football and just about any sport that’s on TV. I also enjoy movies, television, and keeping up with pop culture. Roll Tide, Titan Up, and Go Braves!
